P1111 is a monitor type code meaning everything was not fixed after a drive. If the problem is fixed it won't come back on after erasing codes. For knock sensor it may not be getting good contact with block or over tightening it will ruin it. It can also be the wires are grounding out so the harness is replaced at same time as a lot of cars have a harness that connects to the knock sensors only. We do not list a resistance test for this for that year.
