Transverse member removal

Hello, I have a question for you. I have the van listed above, A/C. I am finally getting ready to change motor mounts and transmission mounts. You all have already told me step by step how to change them. What I need to know is this, can you tell me about how much the transverse member (crossover member under the engine) weighs? I need to be sure that I can lower it from the van and then raise it back up in place after I get the mounts replaced. I have replaced mounts in vehicles before, but I was a lot younger, now I am 74. I am sure that I can still do the job, but before I start, I really need to know the weight of the Transverse Member. My wife will help me, as long as the crossover isn't too heavy. Thank you, Bill H.
