Transmisssion Swap, need a step-by-step part removal list?

All the manuals I have found and paid for have just confused me. I would like just a simple list of parts in order that I need to remove without all the "see chapter" links and what not... I have ADHD and just need a straightforward part removal list I can go off and check as I go and then reverse order for install.

There is a lot to do to remove the transmission, you will need an engine cradle to help support the engine from above, disconnect the battery and remove the CV axles, then you will need a transmission jack and to remove the subframe which includes the transmission mount. Here are the instructions they give us, also I would go over this video which is the job being done on a similar car:
