While driving clutch went to floor. Had someone pull me home and didn't know it was in gear stopped put in neutral. Got it home realized it was completely dry of fluid in clutch. Was told to replace the slave cylinder, I did and bleed the clutch system I got clutch, and the shifter moves normal as you shift gears but I am getting no response just revs up. I have tried every gear but it is like it is stuck in neutral. I was told to check the roll pin on the shaft that the linkage hooks to it is good and seems to all be working right. Why wont it shift or engage into gear? I know the clutch was strong and never showed any signs of going bad. What is my next choice to fix the problem? Please help me.

Good morning,

Sounds like you need a clutch assembly. Either the pressure plate or disc has failed. It may have been damaged from pulling it with it in gear.
