Hey guys, I'm going to be doing a transmission fluid drain and refill, but I'm confused online as to what transmission fluid type. Does this manual transmission use and how many quarts or liters after draining it all. Your information is very vital. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

For your Sentra you will need 75W-85 gear oil for the manual transmission fluid.
The total capacity is just over 3 quarts.
After draining the fluid, you want to add fluid till it drips out of the fill plug on the side. When it starts to drip out, then it is full.

I have attached the procedure below.

let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
