I was attempting to start my car (with the auto push start) and put it into reverse too fast and it shut off. Did I damage the transmission or starter in my car?

If you could do damage that way, so could thousands of other people. The engineers take these types of things into account when they design their cars. Are you having a problem since this happened?

No problems at all with it. I waited a few seconds before starting again and it started right up. I was just hoping I did not do any damage. Thank you for your response!
