Transmission shifts delayed or not at all

Transmission was rebuilt and reinstalled on my 94 dodge Dakota there is a bracket on the rear of engine on the drivers side that isn't fastened it look to hold a cable and some lines where do I mount it

Take it back and complain that they didn't fix it correctly. It's probably the throttle pressure cable and will burn the trans up if not connected and adjusted properly the bracke will go to pan or bell housing but we have no pics to show.

The transmission was rebuilt two years ago I recently bought the truck when this issue started is why I don't know where to mount the bracket

Try the pan as we have no pic of where to bolt this too. Cable should be straight to the lever it hooks too. Check with a trans shop then adjust it correctly.
