Transmission shifts into neutral if truck is driven over bump in road

When driving down the road you hit a bump on the passenger side it will shift into neutral let off the fuel and I will go back and do driver.

Have you checked to make sure the shifter linkage is in good condition and tight? Also, is the transmission fluid clean and full? As far as the shift linkage, your vehicle does have a cable which runs to the transmission. If it is stretched, loose, that could be causing issues by not fully being engaged in gear. See attached picture for what the cable will look like. Note where the cable is pron to bend. Considering how many miles are the truck, that could be an issue.
