Transmission kick down cable

After taking apart the transmission kick down cable to clean the throttle body on my 94 cavalier, my friend can’t figure where its supposed to go back into. Can you offer any help?

This is also called the TV cable or detent transmission cable. I attached all the diagrams for the throttle body. Let me know if you still can't figure it out and we can get deeper into it.
