1990 Chevy Cavalier location of trans. Modulator valve

I am trying to locate the trans. Modulator valve on this car. Auto Zone is trying to tell me that there isn't one on it.

If it has one it will have a vacuum line connected to it and it looks like a bell protruding from transaxle.
