The truck it is not moving with the drive shift on D if I put on the drive shift on 1 works. After the truck gets to 10 mph I put the drive shaft to the D position works normal. I replaced the transmission speed sensor and still the same after two minutes the engine running the transmission light started flashing.
Please any idea?

Hello, my name is Dave
First thing to check is if the speedometer is working, if it isn't then the issue is likely a wiring problem. The other thing I would recommend is to check the codes, it is it sounds to me like it could be the 1st gear shift solenoid, if it comes up with that code it is located in the transmission pan on the valve body and isn't that hard to replace, there are 4 solenoids on the valve body and having a lot of experience with these trucks I would recommend replacing them all. I hope this is helpful, let us know if you need any more help. I have plans to have the actual Isuzu NPR manual installed in the next day or 2 and should be able to look up more specific details if you need them. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
