Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I can't be sure because the multi purpose fluids cover only specific vehicles. However, I can tell you the type you should use. I did a little research and found that there are multi purpose fluids can both work on your vehicle. Basically, the M1375 and ATF+4 will work in the same vehicle. However, nothing tells me it's okay to use Chrysler's ATF +4 in place of the Shell. I know that sounds confusing, but I would either get what I listed below or find a multi purpose fluid that specifically indicates it can be used in place of the Shell M1375.4

Fluid Types
Automatic Transmission Fluid .................... Shell M1375.4

Let me know if this helps.

Take care,
Joe
