How to change the transmission filter without fluid leaking out?

I changed my transmission fluid, but I forgot to change my transmission filter. Can I change my filter without all of my transmission fluid leaking out?

The transmission filter is not serviceable on this model.

This guide shows a service on the transmission which the filter is not serviceable. Here are the instructions for changing the fluid out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
