My van is E-350 7.3 diesel 4R100 transmission. Does any 4R100 transmission from E-350 diesel van from years of 99.5 to 2003 will fit my 2001 van? Because I saw some codes on them like 1C2P-EB or 1C2P-DA

Check with a junkyard first. But if you do put another trans in instead of rebuilding that one make sure it has the same hookups electrically or you wil run into problems. Besides you are taking a chance on a used transmission, better to get the one you have fixed.

Thanks for the fast answer! I have found the transmission from a year 2000 for a very good price, so my question is if the electrical hookups are the same, and code is different (my is 1C2P-EB and one from 2000 is YC2P-MA) will it still fit?

The code will represent what year and where it was produced just make sure it is from a diesel not a gas motor. It also may be for 7.3 or 6.6L engine
