Transmission AGAIN

I had my transmission rebuilt a year ago and it was running fine. I only put 15,000 miles on it if that and now it will not shift into third. I cannot afford another transmission and Midas told me to just get rid of the truck. Why will it not it shift? What is wrong with it?

Scan for transmission code. If codes P0756 and P0758 show this is a shift solenoid fault code.
