It would go into all gears but wouldn't move.

Hey BIGCOUNTRY6988,

If you get someone to put the vehicle in gear and watch the rear drive shaft do you see movement when the clutch is released?

No movement at the rear driveshaft and difficulty to engage gears would point to a clutch issue.

More than likely when it failed in 5th gear it would have over revved.

Are the gears easy to select?
Is there any noise when depressing the clutch?

Regards, Joe

Thanks Joe,

When I was driving it was like it went into neutral I went to 4th and drove about 2 miles with no issues other than not having 5th. When I came to a stop to turn is when the truck wouldn't go into gear. When I started it and disengaged the clutch it shut off. So I then gave it a little gas and it acted like it want to move but wouldn't.

Hey BIGCOUNTRY6988,

Can you please check the clutch fluid reservoir and make sure the level is good?

Let us know what you find here, if low you may have a leak causing problems with the clutch operation.

Regards, Joe
