If it does not move in all gears, either forward or reverse, it could be due to low fluid level, faulty transmission or a broken drive axle. Try checking the transmission fluid level first.

I drive normal and I see the rpm and speed no match rpm is too high I stop and after no drive gears only reverse. I change oil and filter no metal residue.

Did you check the transmission fluid level before replacing it?
What was the color of the fluid and was there any burnt smell?
Symptom indicates a fault within the transmission and most probably you would need a rebuilt.
