Okay, so my car wont drive it goes in drive and feels like it wants to shift but it wont go. Reverse works like a dream the rubber did come off the breatherbox and I didn't know if that would of been an issue for the transmission or no.

I don't think it is a filter if reverse works. It sounds like there can be an internal failure causing the issue, but to be sure lets run the codes to see which one are there so we can fix the problem or if the unit needs to come out. Please go over this guide:

Okay, so the only code I got was p0456. I do believe something to do with evap but this may help my battery just randomly goes dead there was a cluster of wires by the battery. That was showing but when covered it it still would go dead so I started thinking electrical problem. Idk let me know what you think.

It sounds as if there are multiple problems. The EVAP code wouldn't normally be part of either of the battery or transmission issues.

Addressing the transmission side first:
Have you checked the transmission fluid level? Let us know the results of this and we can proceed with this portion of your issue.

But with the reader the only thing is the evap code but my dashboard says abs or something with that sensor. So I was researching and it said my speed senser I do believe could effect both trans and abs. Not to sure.

An EVAP code will no make the transmission go into gear, if you have checked the fluid and there are no other codes, I would say the transmission needs a rebuild @ 148k.
