Are you sure the one you have is faulty? What codes are you seeing and what problems are you having?
Do you have a scan tool to reprogram the replacement unit?
Make sure to enter which engine you have.
Used - try eBay or a local U-Pull it yard.
Go to car-part. Com and enter the info and see what places may have one.
