I did an av6 swap on my tl, using the transmission off a 2006 Accord V6, because my transmission had gone out. Now I have everything back together but there are 2 sensors on the transmission and there are no plugs for on the wiring harness.

Yep, this happens when swapping parts. We can't make the car use the sensors if it never had them. Can you upload an image of the sensors that are there? Maybe we can rig something.

Thanks for the images. One looks like it can be for the transmission temperature, and the other looks like a counter shaft speed sensor. Does the transmission work okay without them? Do you have a check engine light on?

Check engine light is on but it's for an O2 sensor, I don't have a scan tool, so I haven't been able to see what all codes it's throwing since I put it back together. I cranked the car, but it was surging really bad because I guess I got some vacuum lines ran to the wrong places, so I just put it in gear to see if it felt like it was going to pull. I kept my foot on the brake but it felt like it was trying to pull forward, so I put it back in park, so I think it's working right. When I put it in gear it stopped surging but when I turned it off it, I got out and there was transmission fluid all over the ground. I'm currently trying to figure out where it was coming from.

Okay, let me know after you find out and drive the car a little bit, that way we will know more.

It's still surging and it's idling at like 45 MPH. Now it's throwing p0113, p1129, and a couple others that I don't remember the numbers but have to do with the O2 sensor. 0113 is intake air temperature sensor and 1129 is MAP sensor.

Yep, these codes are not for the transmission which is a good sign the transmission might work okay. Can you drive the car or is the engine not running good enough?

I can drive it. It does okay for the most part when I'm driving. Occasionally it'll cut out or buck when it's supposed to shift but if I let off the gas or manually shift it then it stops, and if I come to a stop, it'll shut off sometimes, and I was literally idling at 20 MPH earlier.

Okay, let's start a new thread for the engine codes so we do not dilute this thread, and we will come back to it later after we get the engine running better.
