Good morning, STEPHANIECHANCLER,

So, your Impala should have the LS4 engine which came with the 4T65E-HD. This transmission also was used for vehicles that had the L67/L32 Supercharged V6.

4=Four Forward Gears
T=Transverse Mount
65=Series
E=Electronic Controls

This transmission came with many Final Drive Ratios.

The Final Drive Ratio is the number that represents how many times the engine rotates to make the tires rotate once. This will affect performance and economy by changing the torque and speed of the wheels.

To find the right ratio, we need to look for an RPO code or Regular Production Option. These codes are displayed on a label in the glove box or on the spare tire cover in the trunk. (I will add an image as an example).

For your Impala, the codes we are looking for are M15 or MN7.

Once I get this code, I can get you a list of vehicles that have this exact transmission. I want to ensure the information I am providing is completely accurate, so it does not cause any issues.

Let me know what you find, and I will gladly get a list of vehicles you can look for that have this transmission.

Thank you,
Brendon
