The car goes forward while in reverse

Just to be clear you are putting the vehicle in reverse on the shifter, but it moves forward instead.

If that is the case, then this is likely a shift cable that is out of adjustment or a combination of the shifter and the cable.

So, let's start with running through this process I am attaching below but here is a guide that will help with lifting the vehicle in the event you want to do that to make it easier to access the range switch on the transmission:

Below you will find the info from the manual on how to replace this and adjust it so if you want to run through the adjustment first and see if that improves operation then that would be fine.
