The transmission cracked and needed to be replaced. I have found several used ones that have been flushed and tested except one. I was told that it has 60,000 miles on it and is still in the vehicle. I can have it shipped but it will not be flushed. Will that cause a problem, or does it really matter if it's flushed or not?

Hello,

Any time purchasing a used engine or transmission, you want to make sure that they are functional/tested.
Flushing the fluids can help clean the internals of the transmission however it is not necessary. As you will have to change the fluid anyways after installing the transmission. However, it is critical to make sure that the transmission is functional.

Hope this answers your question.

Let me know of any concerns.
Thank you.
