Transmission not working

It does not move, forward or back.

This is more than likely one of two things. It could be the fluid level being low and if it is you won't get movement. If this is not the issue then more than likely the issue is in the valve body.

Either way, we need to check codes and make sure the fluid is at the proper level. If the fluid is okay, then it will have codes in the computer that will point us in the right direction.

The valve body contains valves that direct the fluid to the correct place in the transmission to engage each gear.

Let me know what codes are there and we can code from there.
