I bought this truck, serviced the transmission, the previous owner said he had replaced the shift solenoids. We serviced it and found a pinched wire , figured that was some problem, replaced the wiring harness, now it chatters occasionally. Im lost. My husband is a certified mechanic but hes stumped now too

Does this occur only around 30 - 40 mph? Does the chattering stop if you hold the accelerator pedal steady, then lightly apply the brake pedal?

When it shifts to over drive it shudders, let off gas then hit it and it goes smooth or hit brakes shudder goes away. This truck has a new crate motor in it. So I do not want to say forget the truck, lol.

If this only occurs at the speeds I listed, the best suspect is the transmission has the wrong fluid. Do a filter and fluid change and ask at the dealer's parts department which is the correct fluid to use.

It does not occur at the speeds you listed, it occurs at sixty mph and goes away if you let off the accelerator or tap the brakes.

You're still describing the same symptoms of using the wrong fluid. I'd pursue that before you go looking for more expensive solutions.
