Transmission replacement

I need to change the transmission to my truck listed above. I want to replace it with a 5 or a 6 speed transmission which one do you think I should get?

I would get the 6 speed if it will fit. here is a video that will walk you through how to change the transmission out, its a different car but the process is the same:
