Hello good morning, I am having problems and I will try to explain it as best I can. The car starts well, makes the changes and I think when it is going to go to my next gear the car accelerates and does not grab the fourth change, it seems as if it were in neutral (N), a Check engine and a sign like a pinion appear.
I put a Scanner for BMW and Mini, I get a code on the transmission part 4F95 (4F95 EGS: Ratio monitoring, 4th gear). I have searched the internet and it tells me that it is something related to the Clutch that is worn.
Can you let me know what the problem may be? I would greatly appreciate it! Have a nice day.

This could be related to a worn clutch that is slipping but I attached the info from the service manual. It is pointing to a control valve issue in the valve body. This would make more sense then a worn and slipping clutch because a clutch issue normally shudders but the failure to engage is a control issue.

I included the process for the valve body in the event that this proves out. Just let me know if you have questions and we can go from there.
