How to remove the transfer case output shaft bearing clip?

Yep, those are tricky, you need to use a small screwdriver and work one of the ends to get it up and out of the groove then slowly work the clip around and out of the retainer. I don't know of a tool that can remove that style of clip. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
