Someone used the wrong type of transmission fluid in the vehicle listed above.
Will that make it slip?

Hi,
To answer your question, yes it could. This requires a specific Nissan-type fluid. See pic 1 below. If the wrong fluid is used, it can prevent the smooth operation of clutch packs and other components.
Additionally, low transmission fluid can also cause a slip along with low line pressure. Did this issue start after the replacement of the fluid?
