I am not sure this is a complete kit but you are going to need wiring harnesses, connectors (including the trailer brake/lights connector) and have sales codes added so that it operates. The attachment states you have to configure the IPC for it to operate which means you need to add the sales code and then perform an update so it recognizes it.

Plus this part appears it is only for up to 2018 model year so it will not work on your truck. Take a look at the attachment where it says your truck would have to come with the trailer tow package 53A or B. Does your truck already have this?

I would suggest contacting the dealer and asking if they have an accessory kit out for the 2020 or you can buy a complete aftermarket kit that will work on pretty much any truck. It just is not integrated into the truck. You basically just tap into your brake input for the kit so it knows when you are pressing the brakes.

Hope this helps. Let me know what questions you have. Thanks

Most have the 7pin connector in back. It's on the bumper. Install is straight forward, but yes instrument cluster has to be reprogrammed to use it. Either Ford dealer level tool or "Forscan" with an active license.
