Should the traction mode be on or off on my transportation vehicle?

It is always a good idea to leave it on. It helps you on low traction situations such as snow, ice and mud. It helps you get going without spinning your wheels. It is a matter of personal preference for some people to turn it off. Either way is fine if it is how you like your car to respond when traction on the road is limited.

Hope that answered your question,
Jon

Thank you much for that information. I noticed that in my vehicle, it turns on by itself after restarting the car. Is that the default setting that's why it just goes on?

Yes. Mine does the same. I leave it on and only turn it off when I want to have some fun in the snow!
