i would like to know if there is a power fuse that i can pull that disconnect power to my dashboard..

What exactly are you trying to kill power to? There are separate fuses for several things on the dashboard. Radio fuse, gauge fuse, lights etc..

im trying to kill the power to the computer and alarms system..

If you kill power to computer the vehicle will not start, I'm assuming you know that ..Is there a particular reason why you are doing that ?

i've removed the fuse to the ECU..that should do it. thanks
