WHAT WOULD CAUSE THE CAR TO SHOW POWER BUT WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY TO START THE CAR, IT CLICKS AND SHOWS NO POWER. WHEN YOU MESS WITH TH BATTERY CABLES IT SHOWS POWER AGAIN.

Clean the battery terminals and clamps and make sure its properly tightened then get back

Have done that and still the same result. Also the car shows more power when touched by metal object.

Get the battery load tested and comeback with the results. If its good start troubleshooting the ignition switch
