2007 Toyota Tacoma Electrical problem

Everytime I turn my headlights on my ABS light comes on. Also when the headlights are off and I place my foot on the brakes the odom. light gets dim and the lights on the radio buttons go on.

I would suspect you have a bad ground somewhere in the dash area but it may not be easy to find.
