Why does my turn signal light up or stop flashing when I press the brake pedal? I replaced all of the bulbs with new ones and still have the problem.

You have a ground problem, either at the brake light switch or at the turn signal switch.

Brake lamp switch is located at brake pedal arm, below driver dash. Turn signal switch is what is used to operate signals. Check at the switches first to ensure wiring is connected properly. If so, follow ground wire to ensure it is not damaged anywhere
