1999 Toyota Tacoma running REALLY rough.

I hit about 55mph and the truck started to shutter and the engine light came on. Hooked it to my friend's laptop and it said there was a misfire in cylinder 2. I've changed all the spark plugs, wires, and swapped two coils around just to try to diagnose. Still having the same problem with the lack of power and a heavy shutter. Check engine light is on and off and sometimes flashes. All I know now is to start checking fuel injectors. I ran a bottle of Lucas through the gas tank with no luck. Do I pull the injectors and ultrasonic them? Replace them? Anything else?

Thank you for the donation.

Before taking the injectors out to service, get a compression test done. If the compression is out of specs, it could be due to leaking vales and that would cause misfiring.
