Electric windows, fan switch and the switch that lets you start the engine without engaging the clutch does not work, also the bank of 10amp fuses has no fire

Check power fuse 30A in fuse box behind dash left side of steering column should be HOT at all times
if not you have a wiring harness issue and need to check power supply back to the battery
if fuse OK and have power
locate power window main relay at left kick panel
and check also check if have battery power at the blue wire
it should if not check for a short between fuse and relay
also check heater fuse 40A on left side of engine compartment
place heater at high
locate blower motor and disconnect
check for power at blu/blk wire and check for ground at the blk/wht
if ok motor no good
