Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Toyota Solara 4 cyl Automatic 80000 miles

My 2001 Solara has been meticulously maintained and only has 80,000 miles on it, but all of a sudden after an oil change 4000 miles ago, I'm out of oil.

I can't see any leaks, no sign of burning oil, and the oil pressure is fine.

How the hell did it burn up or lose that much oil so quickly and can I fix whatever is causing it?

Ok first what oil are you using and is it synthetic? Now you could be using or lossing it depending on what is happening. Have you checked the coolant for oil? If nothing seems to be wrong then I would check the oil drain plug and oil filter for signs of oil leakage. If you find nothing here then I would do one of two things I would have a die put the engine oil first then go back in a few days and them put a UV light to it and look for a leak. If that proves to show nothing then I would do a compression test to see if there is anything going on there. The only other thing I could think of is that they didn't fill it when they changed it last.
