OK did a stupid thing, in a rush in the dark I added widow washer fluid into the antifreeze reservoir. I siphoned the majority of it out but am obviously concerned about any of it being in there and what it might do. Advise?

I am not an auto guru so take my comments with a grain of salt.

Normal window washer fluid has a small amount of alcohol in it that should mix with the antifreeze w/o a problem and since you got most of it out the chances that you substantially impacted the 50/50 mix is negligible. At most you added a cup in a system that holds 1/2 gallon or so.

If the cleaner was a rain-ex type, well those have unknown chemicals in them but I still think it is a non-issue. If you are concerned then you can drain (and flush) and refill the system for about $10.

I once added power steering fluid to my brakes. THAT caused a big problem! (This was a while ago when they were in the same type containers).
