Starting a Toyota Sienna

I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna 3.0 Engine I replace the cylinder head and I took out all the fuel and oil after I put back the cylinder head that I got the camshaft on time and the crankshaft on time too I try to star the car it seem it wants to start when I press the acceleration if I take it off it just dosent do anything I check the gas to see if it was getting but is not getting anything could that be the problem? If it is how can I get the fuel up to the engine? Is their any way?

Turn the key to On position the few fuel pump should come On for a few secs. Do you have this?

BTW did you put the engine on TDC compression stroke before you remove the head?
