I cannot open the rear hatch to my 2001 sienna. The power lock won't seem to unengage. The rest of the vehicle's locks work, but the rear door latch simple makes a clicking noise. I've removed the 3 bolts that hold the locking mechanism (accesible from inside the car), but it didn't help. Do you have any suggestions?
