2002 toyota rav 4. It acts like it shifts back and forth between 1st and 2nd gears. I changed tranny fluid and filter. Now it acts the same but also seems like it is slipping. What do you think could be the problem with it.

Is the speedo working properly? Check engine light on? Could be a solenoid or a servo, or a speed sensor. Need to have the PCM scanned for codes to see which direction to go in
