1998 Toyota Rav4 Dies at idle

Car starts and runs fine. After warm up, it will idle rough and then die, unless I increase throttle and RPMs. Cold weather conditions.

Clean out the Idle Air Control Valve and also the EGR/PCV Valves. And test the Throttle Position Sensor and Air Flow Meter.
