Just got someonre to work on a new bottom end, crank, big end bearings main bearings, timing belt etc

But the engine has a slight rattle from cold for a few seconds until the oil is up and circulation, could this be the tappets possibly, what it is? But after starting the engine sounds perfect and it uses no oil, and it will not make the noise again until left overnight.

Pls is this a sign that the engine is fault or may develop more fault?

I am about to sell the car but i want to maintain my intergrity with buyer if i say the car is go then it should be. pls tell me the state of this car from item listed above

Thanks
