1996 Toyota Rav4 car hesitates and loses power on acceleration?

1996 Toyota Rav4 V4 All Wheel Drive Automatic 100,00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Rav looses power and hesitates after 40mph or 3000rpms especially on up hill driving. I have changed the fuel filter, cap rotar, and plugs.

Have the throttle position sensor, the mass airflow meter and the fuel pressure check.

This is common when the catalytic converter starts to clog up but to be sure here is a guide to help test the cat to confirm the problem.
