1994 Toyota Pickup BRAKES NEED HELP.

Brakes problem
1994 Toyota Pickup 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Brakes does not stop high like how it is suppose to and ONLY stops when it get to the floor of the truck. Why is that. Whats my problem. NEED IT BACK UP AND RUNNING DAILY DRIVER.

First check to see the system is free of air.
Second if you had your rotors cut you shorten the thickness of the rotor which causes the pistons to travel further if not properly adjusted.
I had same issue in my Toyota 92 pickup until I changed the front and rear pistons. Well drums for rear.

Check the valves for correct pressure, there is a rear valve that limits pressure to the rear brakes.

And then consider the master cylinder
