1994 Toyota Pickup 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive 120000 miles

my truck run erratic at around 2000 rpms like its missing, and when its at idel through 3500- 4000 rpms it has a rocker arm knock almost like the sound of a flat cam. I was told that the cam was good. Also I was told the it could be the timming chain so I replaced everything with a whole new kit. Im realy stumped what do you think it could be?

Have you changed your plug wires the could be jumping arc with each other or the electronic ignition is bad you should check the fire on each line with a light and alson on the coil wire
