1992 Toyota Pickup KEEPS BLOWING efi fuse and fuse link

When first quit blew the 15amp efi fuse in fuse box under hood replaced fuse ran for ashort time then blew am2 30amp fuselink checked all wireing for shorts could not find any local mech. Said fuel pump was shorting out put new fuel pump and screen in ran ashort time blew fuse again can replace fuse will set and idle for hours runs fine if you drive can go about 2-3miles and blows fuse or fuselink any help would be very gratefull for.
