I am having to r&r my heads after 65,000 miles. I have had to do it twice now I need a third one. What could be causing this. It is occuring in # 2, 4, & 6, bank. The plugs are black and sooty. 1, 3, 5 are clean and look great. I follow regular maintenance schedules. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like injector problems on 2/4/6

I suspected the injectors. Would you replace the injectors themselves or is there something else to replace @ the same time?
