1986 Toyota Pickup Fuel Pump Problems

I Own A Toyota truck when I bought it it needed a fuel pump I changed the fuel pump but I have a problem the is not getting any power and I checked the wiring and power is not going to the fuel pump and I don't know where the relay fuse is at.
